Returns, Refunds and exchanges, see details on our policies page.

Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to give refunds due to Change of Mind.

Refunds are applicable if the product is faulty or substantially different to the product ordered.

You can return items that you have purchased online to our store for an exchange. However we do need to ask you to present proof of purchase, ideally your tax invoice. If you cannot get to our Browns Plains store you’re welcome to email us at info@southerncrossmattress.com.au and we will arrange for your item to be collected for return.

On receipt of the goods we will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered  refunds will be issued in the same form of tender used at the time of purchase, therefore if you paid for your online order through PayPal, you will be asked to present the card associated with your PayPal account.

If you’ve requested an exchange of a product that you’ve purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfill your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability and our terms and conditions policy which is outlined on our website.

You are responsible for any postage or transport costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind. Soiled or damaged goods cannot be returned or refunded, For returns or exchange  of mattresses it is advised that you  use a mattress protector to ensure the mattress is in a hygienic state. as required by health regulations.
